April Recap
April is typically when community work resumes as the weather is finally clear enough for contractors to resume, and in true fashion we were busy little bees this month! Lets look back on everything that was done! We worked with The Retreat and now split our community's snow removal cost with our neighbors to the rear - letting our residents money stretch further here at home! Our 2026 Coronado Swimming Pool license was obtained so we are prepared for the summer season! Ther

Found Keys
A set of keys was found behind building 1320 -1310. If you are missing these, please reach out and let us know what keychain is attached so we might verify ownership and get these back to the resident who is surely missing them!

Trash
This is a general reminder for residents that trash MUST be contained in an appropriate receptacle. That means a trash can with a lid securely closed. We have noticed an uptick of people putting out lose trash bags and uncontained garbage on trash days which has lead to more than one instance of the trash being dragged through the neighborhood by animals. Not only is this unsafe for the local wildlife, it can attract pests, and causes litter debris to be found around our comm
