When was my roof last replaced?
The roof for your building was most recently replaced in the year;

Sump Pumps?
Most our buildings have sump pumps in the basements of every other unit, with each
pump servicing two homes. Sump pumps are the responsibility of the association, so if you feel that your pump is not working working properly, please reach out to us to have it checked and repaired.
Doors and Windows?
Doors and windows are the responsibility of the unit owner to maintain. Any changes to architecture, such installing a new door or putting in new windows, needs to be approved by the Coronado Woods Board, through the Architectural Form which can be found Here.
Windows must be trimmed in brown or tan.
Entry door colors are limited to the colors found Here.

This includes meeting minutes, financial documents, forms, and additional information.
When do the meeting minutes get updated on the website?
Meeting minutes often take a full month or more to get uploaded to the website. This is because they must be voted on and approved for publication by all the board members - which will not take place until the following meeting. If changes need to be made the minutes, it may take longer to have the uploaded.
So for example, meeting minutes for May won't be available until after the June meeting.
BOARD MEETINGS
Can a resident attend board meetings?
Absolutely. We reserve the first 15 minutes of our board meetings for any residents who want to attend. After that time period, we do ask that residents leave so that the board can enter private session and focus their full attention to the meeting. If you cannot make a board meeting, you're always welcome to reach out to either the board or our property manager through phone or email.
When are the board meetings?
Board meetings take place on the third Tuesday of the month, at 5:30pm. The location often changes, so we try to keep that information updated as it is known.
GENERAL
How do I schedule a bulk trash pick-up?
A bulk trash pickup can be scheduled by emailing coronadowoodscondos@gmail.com or by reaching out to our property manager. There will usually be a fee applied for bulk pick-ups, which will be quoted by LWS based on item type and volume. The quote will be provided to the resident for approval before the pick-up is scheduled. Pick -up day is Thursday, so we require bulk pick-up requests no later than the preceding Monday.
Can I do my own landscaping?
Residents are permitted to plant Annual flowers in the beds along their privacy fence at the rear of the buildings if they choose. Any other landscaping is to be maintained by the Board as it is community property.
FINANCIAL
Do you allow FHA loans for new buyers?
No. At this time Coronado Woods does not allow FHA loans for new buyers.
