Sanberland Landscaping will be onsite over the next few days (as weather permits) to do some major cutting and trimming of the bushes around Coronado Woods, our first leaf clean-up of the season, and removing some dead and problematic trees and plants.
This is a project that has needed done for a while now, and we are choosing to have it done in late fall to cause the least amount of trauma to the plants. They have had all spring, summer and most of fall to take in all their nutrients for winter, and are now going dormant for the cold months. This is the best time to do a major cut back without causing lasting damage to the plants. Please do not be alarmed at the amount of cutting that is being done.
Furthermore, this is a reminder that residents ARE NOT to interact with contracted vendors who are on site at Coronado Woods. We have received several reports from our contractors of residents coming out of their homes to harass and interfere when they are trying to to do their jobs. That is absolutely unacceptable behavior; do not bother the workers.
If you need something done or want something addressed, or are unhappy about work a contractor is doing, please contact the Board and we will address it through the proper channels.
