Firstly, we would like to apologize for the delay in updates both to the website and the bulletin board this season. Board Member Katie, who generally handles these community outreach items, had a bad fall at the beginning of July that left her unable to perform her usual duties. We're happy to report she's back on her feet, feeling much better, and ready to hit the ground running so our community members can stay informed!
June
• Potholes around the community were filled and patched, with the Retreat paying for half the work done on the main road.
• Pool opened and training with Pool Specialist to ensure Board Members are knowledgeable in regards to adding pool chemicals and maintaining the pool as needed. A test kit acquired for community.
• Landscapers came to do a summer trim around the community.
• Fence Post at 1382 painted after being seasoned.
July • AEP was contacted in regards to some of our carport lights and street lamps being out.
• A raccoon was trapped on our property and taken to be released in a non-residential area.
• Sump pumps were checked at several units to ensure they are in proper working order; if you would like your sump pump checked, please reach out to have that scheduled!
• Carport poles were sanded and repainted, giving them a much-needed face-lift!
• A basement was repaired at 1312.
• Yoder came and replaced the roof on units 1343-1349
August • The Coronado Woods Board of Directors met with Reynoldsburg's Mayor to discuss the construction on Waggoner. More details from this meeting will be available soon!
• A skunk was trapped on our property and taken to be released in a non-residential area.
• Reviewing landscaping contract for 2026, getting bids from alternative landscapers.
• Signs acquired and will be placed on The Oaks side of property fence advising people to keep off the fence.
• Landscapers were on site to perform a much needed trim of the ground cover and other foliage.
• Basement repaired at 1318.
• Followed up with AEP regarding electrical issues.
We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding in regards to the delay in updates on the website and the community bulletin board.
In addition, our property manager, Vida, is currently unavailable, so if you have reached out and not heard back from her, please be patient. She will get back to you as quickly as she is able. If you need anything in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to coronadowoodscondos@gmail.com
