May Recap

Summer seems to be arriving late this year! With 2025 being extra cold and wet, our usual spring/summer kick-off got delayed - but we're back on track and it is time to look back on some of the things that happened in May!

Yoder roofing was back on site to kick off the first replacement of the summer. We should be doing 3 new roofs again this year (maybe 4!) if everything goes according to plan!

A raccoon who was making a very cute, yet troublesome menace of himself on campus was caught and relocated. We hope he'll be happier in his new home (we know we'll be happier with him in his new home)!

Our board members took a walk around the community to check out some potential new projects to work on in 2025!

After meeting with our neighbors back at The Retreat to discuss the joint ownership of our main road, we are beginning to meet with contractors to discuss the repaving and patching of our community streets!

The furniture was pulled out from the shed, cleaned and set up. We're so excited to have our beautiful Coronado Woods Swimming Pool open once again!

The Coronado Woods Swimming Pool was cleaned, treated, and opened! Hooray! While it's been a little cold and rainy here at the beginning of the season, we're looking forward to sunny days by the pool!

In a little "oopsie", one of our carport poles was damaged. Thanks to our property manager, Vida, it was fixed the same day!

We hope everyone is as excited for summer as we are. As always, stay tuned for more updates!
