April Recap

Updated: Apr 30, 2023

A look back at everything that happened in our community in April!

April turned out to be a busy month here at Coronado Woods, with some big happenings going on in the neighborhood!

The gutters on all 11 buildings and the 8 carports were thoroughly cleaned out.

The flashing that came down on the north carport from one of the wind storms was repaired and is looking good as new.

National Lawn came out and did a major clean up of the grounds in addition to their usual cutting service and it has been a much needed facelift for the community.

ree

The Pool Committee removed the old and damaged pool furniture, some was donated, and that which was not salvageable was picked up by Local Waste Services, at no additional cost to the community.

ree

Board Member Sarah removed all the old pool chemicals and had them safely disposed of during Reynoldsburg's hazardous waste day, so the community paid nothing to have those removed.

ree

Construction began on the community swimming pool, and we are very much looking forward to it's completion.

ree

The Spectrum temporary cable that ran along the north fence has been removed and permanent line placed.

ree

And of course, we launched our very own Coronado Woods website! Board Member Katie donated her talents to build the website, so the community paid nothing for it's creation!
