April is typically when community work resumes as the weather is finally clear enough for contractors to resume, and in true fashion we were busy little bees this month! Lets look back on everything that was done!

We worked with The Retreat and now split our community's snow removal cost with our neighbors to the rear - letting our residents money stretch further here at home!

Our 2026 Coronado Swimming Pool license was obtained so we are prepared for the summer season!

There has been an update to the Rules and Regulations regarding pets;
"Pets must be kept indoors unless attended to by a human. This includes inside patio areas; pets should not be left alone outdoors when residents are not home or are otherwise unable to ensure their pet is safely contained and not becoming a nuisance for other residents. This includes not letting pet cats roam the neighborhood. This is for both the safety of the pet and other community members."

An exposed electrical cable was reseated. Exposed cables pose multiple safety risks, especially when they are electrical in nature. Unless you are positive in identification, never interact with an exposed cable.
Additional unsightly cables that were not properly buried were taken care of.
A carport support beam that was knocked down was replaced.
Siding that was damaged during the windstorm was repaired in multiple areas.
A patio beam that was severely damaged was repaired.
A drain pipe that had been hit by a car was reseated and repaired.
A water line connected to a sump pump and gutter drain had broken, and was fully repaired.

A carport that was improperly sealed was patched and repaired.

See you next month!
