April Recap

Let's look back at everything that happened in April!

A new water meter was installed at the swimming pool.

The Coronado Woods Landscaping Committee had our first meeting and community walk-through to identify projects we'd like to address this year.

We continue to solicit bids from contractors to have our failing curbs and sidewalks repaired - we will keep the community informed as this progresses.

Work has kicked off at the pool to get it ready for the swimming season! It was drained and is currently being deep cleaned so it can be painted.

The old, damaged signs in the pool were removed and new ones were hung.

More than one leak was identified after that wild rainstorm we had, and those were repaired!

Due to a delay in permit approval by the City, the roofing that was suppose to start this month has been delayed a few weeks, but will still be occurring this season. We'll keep the community informed as we get more information on this.
