September Recap

It's time to take a look back at all the things that happened in our community in September!

A ceiling that was damaged by the roofing contractors was repaired at 7633.

We began soliciting bids to repair the fence between Coronado Woods and The Oaks.

After sitting for far too long, the pool was properly cleaned and the pump was repaired. We are currently soliciting bids to repair the leak that was found.

We have begin getting quotes to have the pool re-painted, which will need to be done before opening next year.

Identified the source of a basement leak at 7621 and had it repaired.

Scheduled repairs for damaged fence posts to fix dragging gates, drainpipes and carport posts (Maintenance will hopefully be out the first week of October to complete these repairs!)

The bushes were trimmed back in preparation for winter as we work on cleaning up the Coronado Woods campus.

We are currently soliciting bids for new landscaping companies. If you have a company you'd like to recommend, be sure to let us know!
